Nicola Barlow This was a phone call I received the day after a private lesson at West Side Arena Manchester NH in Feb 2015 - see photo. I just wanted to let you know, Sean went to tryout immediately after our private lesson and the coach pulled him aside and told him he has the fastest 1st three steps out of all the players on the ice trying out. Then he asked Sean if he would like to come back tomorrow night to tryout for the next level up. We are thrilled with the results!! Thank you for helping Sean acheive his goals. Dan Norris Thanks, Peter! Colin is doing well and practicing what he learned with you. He’s trying to get better at everything, but in particular, he wants to improve his v leaps, and is determined – like HELL BENT – on touching the kitchen ceiling. He’s very close now. Vic Martin Peter, Thanks for the follow-up, wow, what a difference! In the first game he had 3 or 4 hits that were well executed, where the week before he would have done a fly by. The second game was good, though he really had focus in the first game. Hopefully, we can find an opportunity for a review in a couple weeks so it gets completely into motor memory. The video and data sheets were awesome, best structure from a camp ever regarding measuring improvement. As much as you might remember Billy, were there any glaring strengths or weaknesses he should focus most on in upcoming season to his improve his game toward travel level, he’s striving to try make a travel team in March at the 2002/peewee level. Thanks again, you guys are awesome and we are looking for you next summer!Bill and The Kidds Sean did a private session with you the year before last. He still says that was the most helpful clinic that he has done. (Thank you for that!) We will let you assess, but some work on explosive starts, first three steps, would be great. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks againSteve Blair 2011We (including Lucas) were pleasantly surprised at how much Lucas liked the program you (Peter) put together for the group. It was a great combination of fun mixed with challenge that was framed in such a way it disguised just how hard they were working. After watching many of the ice and off ice sessions I felt there was a comfortable relationship between Peter and the students. They enjoyed the fact that he not only instructed them, but many times participated in some of the activities. This helped to show his commitment to the program he was preaching, and highlight the fact that sticking to the teachings can yield positive results. I had 2 sons in the clinic, both of which never had skated until last October. The level of enthusiasm you got out of those kids was awesome. I have had my sons in all kinds of skating classes, clinics and schools in the last 6 months and I was very impressed by the level of attention to details you were able to provide all skill levels on the ice. Instructors were excellent and the program improved his skating a lot! Michelle Hi Pete I just wanted to let you know that Tyler really enjoyed the camp! Since this is Tyler's first year playing hockey I wasn't really sure what to expect. What I was hoping for was that he could improve on his skills to better prepare him for travel hockey in the fall. Last year he played with an in house league. This fall he will be playing NHE in Exeter (NH). Since the skill level is more advanced in travel hockey, I thought your camp would give him an edge going in. I was very impressed with the program as a whole. Tyler enjoyed every aspect of the camp. I think it was a great balance of ice time, classroom learning, and outside activities. His performance on the ice has noticeably improved.
